Clean files for BeachesMLS

Listing photos are delivered without watermarks, photographer logos, text overlays or QR codes. Floor plans include a clean MLS file and a branded marketing version.

Edited images, such as virtual twilights and virtual staging, are flagged at delivery so you can disclose them, never marked on the photo itself. Virtual staging must be noted in the first 180 characters of your BeachesMLS remarks.

48-hour quality assurance

If you notice a technical issue with color, exposure, alignment or image processing, notify me within 48 hours and I’ll correct it at no charge.

Includes one consolidated correction request for objective technical errors. Preference-based changes, advanced retouching and additional rounds are quoted separately.

Why I
started.

I started Seneker Media to give local agents a dependable media partner. I want every gallery to help a property stand out, show sellers their home is being marketed with care, and reflect well on the agent representing it.

I work with agents throughout Palm Beach County and the Treasure Coast.

What areas do you serve?

I serve Palm Beach County, including Jupiter, Tequesta, Juno Beach, Palm Beach Gardens and Jupiter Island. I also serve the Treasure Coast, including Hobe Sound, Stuart and Port St. Lucie.

How fast is delivery?

Photos are delivered the next day. Same-day delivery is available for an additional $50, when available.

When do I pay?

You pay nothing until closing.

Are you licensed to fly drones?

Yes. I am FAA Part 107 certified and insured.

Are the photos MLS-ready?

Yes. Listing photos are delivered as clean files for BeachesMLS, without watermarks, photographer logos, text overlays or QR codes.
